Expected salary range of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • Leads team of department associates and other external resources providing direction, reinforcing standards, conflict resolution, and technical expertise.
  • Performs monitoring and controlling of project budget, forecasts, and expenditures for Constellation Generation Solutions.
  • Develop & Coordinate scope, plan, and estimates for maintenance activities and improvement of projects.
  • Leads in the process of securing new work and projects by building and using business relationships at Constellation Generation Sites.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead Bus Dev & PJMT team by providing direction, reinforcing standards, resolution of issues, and technical expertise. (20%)
  • Subject matter expert to develop and execute resource plans and forecast based on resource availability and business commitments. Provide analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership to identify risks and opportunities. (30%)
  • Perform detailed analysis of real time monthly project expenditures to ensure costs are properly identified and reported to sites. (20%)
  • Work with station leadership to identify opportunities of potential work. Develop strategies, relationships, analysis methodologies, and metrics to grow CGS customer base. Analyze blueprints, shop drawings, technical specifications, and engineering narratives to deliver accurate project cost estimates by providing mechanical knowledge in project development (30%)


JOB SCOPE

  • Leads team of exempt associates and/or contractors as required. 
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of financials (budget, forecast, and actual cost) on projects. 
  • Relationship Management of internal and external relationships & develop rapport with others, recognize their concerns, build, and maintain long term associations based on trust & helping others. 
  • Preparation of weekly & monthly department reporting
  • Travel ~20%

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree (financial or engineering/construction management) with at least 5 years' experience in financial Budgeting, cost and/or project estimating experience. Or
  • At least 9 years' experience in financial budgeting, cost and/or project estimating experience in related industry. 
  • At least 7 years' experience in power plant maintenance or projects. 
  • Effective analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal skills. 
  • Thorough computer based analytical skills (e.g.: Excel based analysis, passport, maximo) 
  • Supervisory/Management experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. MS or MBA

2. PE License

3. PMI Certification

4. Previous experiences with plant modification engineering, design, installation, and testing

5. multi-site experience

6. multi-departmental experience 7 Mechanical Or Operations experience
