Expected salary range of $62,100 to $113,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position will require completing all aspects of 3D scanning from field data collection to developing point cloud end deliverables using a variety of software. Projects will consist of but are not limited to: mapping plant settings/rooms/infrastructures (indoor and outdoor), dimensional measurements, alignments and reverse engineering support. Individual will work collaboratively with Project Lead to ensure client deliverables meet expectations and are completed to the highest level of detail and accuracy according to company defined quality standards. Travel: Up to 75% to client locations, primarily in Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West regions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform data collection utilizing a variety of 3D survey instruments. Review data to ensure all information is collected as required to meet customer needs. (40%)
• Perform data processing. Maintain good notes to ensure data is of the highest quality and communicate need for clarity, excellence, and lessons learned. Ensure data is handled appropriately. (40%)
• 3 Interface with customers and address any issues appropriately. 10 (10%)
• Review project scope. (5%)
• Other job duties as assigned. (5%)

JOB SCOPE

This role will report to the Technical Supervisor. There are 0 direct reports. Will have to maintain positive relationships with both internal and external contacts. This role does not oversee a budget.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (E1 Associate- Level Opportunity)

• High School Diploma AND 4 years' experience -OR- - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines (Land Surveying & Mapping, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Civil, Mechanical or Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or similar STEM field) - -OR- - associate degree and 2 years of experience. 
•  Proficient with Office Applications.
•  Ability to gain unescorted nuclear access - Ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at knees and waist. Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good verbal and written communication 
• Developed problem solving and analytical skills. Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently / self-starter.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (E2  Mid-Level Opportunity)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines (Land Surveying & Mapping, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Civil, Mechanical or Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or similar STEM field) and 2 years’ experience OR- Associates Degree and 4 years of experience -   OR-   High School Diploma and 6 years’ experience 

• Proficient with Office Applications. 
• Ability to gain unescorted nuclear access 
• Ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at knees and waist. Lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Good verbal and written communication
• Developed problem solving and analytical skills. Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently / self-starter.

Bachelor's degree Engineering or STEM disciplines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (E3 Senior- Level Opportunity)

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines (Land Surveying & Mapping, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Civil, Mechanical or Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or similar STEM field) and minimum 4 years’ experience  OR Associates Degree and 6 years of experience  OR  High School Diploma and 8 years’ experience 

•  Proficient with Office Applications.
•  Ability to gain unescorted nuclear access
•  Ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at knees and waist. Lift up to 50 lbs. 
•  Good verbal and written communication
•  Developed problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented.
•  Ability to work independently / self-starter. 
•  Ability to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.

• PEFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient with data registration, data capturing, working with the following programs/applications: 
• LEICA software packages o NAVVIS software packages 
• FARO Software o GeoMagic DesignX o Geomagic ControlX
•  Polyworks 
• CAD - General working knowledge of 3D Laser Scanning
• Proficient with Office Applications. 
• Ability to gain unescorted nuclear access
