Expected salary range of $55,800 to $62,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Assists with the implementation of the Supply Chain Process, inventory management, and communication with vendors to maintain on time deliveries.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collaborate in the efficient execution of the Supply Chain Process.
• Work alongside Category Managers to maintain and execute contracts and purchase orders within the associated databases, identifying and addressing communication gaps with strategic vendors.
• Contribute to the resolution of day-to-day procurement issues, such as un-enterable invoices, supplier updates, unit of measure adjustments, and the identification of economies of scale opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring and managing supplier relationships and overseeing their performance.
• Participate in implementing changes to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor exceptions, and resolving deviations from standard supply processes and emergent requests.
• Provide support to internal customers and external suppliers for order tracking and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the primary CPG scheduler in coordinating and reporting essential information.
• Offer support to various business units in addressing emergent part issues through the revolving supply duty list.
• Assist Procurement specialists with purchase order revisions and resolution of purchasing-related issues.
• Maintain a strong customer service alignment while engaging with vendors and site personnel.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
