Nuclear Career Awareness
Investments in educational programs, energy industry curriculum, and barrier reduction efforts across local community organizations and schools serving economically disadvantaged communities.
EEI Test Prep
Pre-employment test prep program and online portal that provides test preparatory materials and tutoring for Constellation’s technician position applicants.
Constellation Scholars
Relationships across the country to provide scholarships to first generation or students looking to pursue careers in STEM who come from low-income families, schools with a high poverty concentration, or underserved urban, rural or farming communities.
Powering Change
Our now $1.25 million annual investment with seven nonprofit organizations to help create a pipeline of highly skilled workers to support family sustaining careers and uplift and strengthen our communities by breaking down employment barriers through job awareness, training, and upskilling opportunities.

Energy Industry Fundamentals Curriculum
Investment in Center for Energy Workforce Development (CEWD)’s free energy curriculum for high schools and work ready adult programs to connect participants with foundational learnings about energy, career pathways, and an industry recognized credential.
PowerEd
Holistic engagement with a broad array of educational institutions, including Historically Black Colleges (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), focused on fostering mutually beneficial relationships often in the areas of research, talent acquisition, innovation, outreach, and knowledge exchange.

Constellation’s 9 Employee Resource Groups are open and welcoming to all employees and are a key component of our employees’ ongoing strides to create and promote an inclusive workplace. ERGs provide an outlet to share experiences, receive support from colleagues, and move us all forward in ensuring an inclusive culture where all can feel they belong.

Recognition

In 2024, Constellation participated in various inclusion indices, including the annual Disability:IN Equality Index and National Organization of Disability (NOD) Employment Tracker. These benchmarking tools help us to assess our current state of inclusion. Constellation reached a top score of 100 and was recognized as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion in 2024.

In 2024, the Center for Energy Workforce Development (CEWD) awarded Constellation the Chair’s Award, CEWD's highest honor, for excellence in leadership, promotion of energy careers and innovative approaches.
