Community Impact
102,600 hours + $18.7M donations
In 2023, Constellation contributed a total of $18.7 million via company, Foundation and employee giving in support of more than 4.400 charities. Plus, our employees logged 102,600 volunteer hours in service to our communities.
Scholars Program
$1.5 Million
Constellation has committed to providing life-changing scholarships for over 10 years, supporting underrepresented and underserved students across the U.S.
Workforce Development
$1 Million
Constellation launched Powering Change in 2023, a workforce development program providing $1 million to five nonprofit organizations that concentrate on these three areas: raising career awareness by encouraging STEM and energy career options; creating equitable access by addressing and removing obstacles; and enhancing the skills of workers by supporting education, training, reskilling, and upskilling programs.
